Notes
I always use organic dairy products including salted butter and 2% milk, but use whatever you have and like. I almost always use organic meat. And, always grind my pepper, black or red, as needed, but again, your cupboard is yours, not mine.
Since I’m sleeping quite a bit and not following a consistent schedule, my meals are less breakfast-lunch-dinner at regular times and more, as mentioned, generous snacks designed to keep down pills so you should chose dishes based on what you crave or what appeals to you, not because it’s noon and it seems like I had it for lunch.
My “Day” count starts the first day I took pills for this particular injury. There’s no telling how long I’ll be taking each drug so, again, don’t look for a schedule here; it’s just the way things/meals happened for me.
Does it seem like I think you’re retarded? Sorry. I have to work on that.
Also, if you don't eat red meat or dairy products, this diet is not for you. But, maybe you want to read anyway and think about the portions, or laugh at me. Or wonder how I made it three weeks without a piece of fish.
***My PT mentioned that everyone at some point in their lives will be on over-the-counter or prescription anti-inflammatory meds. And even Advil, Motrin, Aleve need to be taken with caution. Read the labels and be sure to always Eat With Pills!
